The WiseeLAB Official Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is operated by Wiseelab Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the Site, as well as the products, services, content, and other related services provided by the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services").

These Terms apply to all individual customers, corporate customers, business partners, sales partners, and other users of the Services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Customers").

By using the Site or purchasing the Company's products, Customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the various policies separately established by the Company.

 

Article 1: Scope of Application

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Customers concerning the use of the Site and the Services.

2. The shipping, warranty, returns, privacy, and other policies posted on the Site by the Company form an integral part of these Terms.

3. In the event of a separate agreement such as a corporate transaction, distribution agreement, or other individual contract, the terms of that agreement shall take precedence over these Terms.

 

Article 2: Use of the Services

1. Customers shall use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

2. Customers shall not use the Services for any illegal, unlawful, or infringing purposes that violate the rights of third parties.

3. The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services for maintenance, system failures, changes in laws, or other reasons it deems necessary.

4. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customers due to changes, suspensions, or termination of the Services, except as otherwise provided by law.

 

Article 3: Account Management

1. Customers creating an account on the Site shall register accurate and up-to-date information.

2. Customers are solely responsible for managing their account information and login credentials.

3. If registration information is found to be false or incorrect, if unauthorized use is confirmed, or if the Company otherwise determines it to be inappropriate, the Company may take necessary measures, including suspending the account, canceling orders, or taking other actions.

 

Article 4: Product Information

1. The Company strives to provide accurate information regarding product details, specifications, prices, images, and other content displayed on the Site.

2. Product images may differ in color, texture, or appearance from the actual product due to photography conditions, display devices, or other factors.

3. Product specifications, accessories, prices, and other information are subject to change without prior notice due to quality improvements, regulatory changes, or other reasons.

 

Article 5: Orders and Contract Formation

1. An order placed by a Customer constitutes an offer to purchase from the Company.

2. A sales contract between the Company and the Customer shall be formed when the Company confirms the order details and sends a shipping confirmation notice.

3. The Company may refuse or cancel an order after placement or before contract formation in any of the following cases:

(1) Payment is not successfully completed.
(2) Shipping address information is incomplete or incorrect.
(3) The product is out of stock or unavailable.
(4) The order is deemed fraudulent, for resale, bulk purchase, or otherwise inappropriate by the Company.
(5) Sale or shipment is prohibited by law or export/import regulations.
(6) Other cases where the Company reasonably determines that it is unable to process the order.

 

Article 6: Payment

1. Accepted payment methods on the Site shall be those designated by the Company or the payment service provider.

2. Currently, the Site accepts PayPal payments.

3. Availability of PayPal accounts, guest checkout, supported card brands, and other payment options may vary depending on the Customer's country/region and PayPal's terms of service.

4. Payment processing is handled by PayPal or other payment service providers. The Company does not retain Customers' credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

5. Exchange rates, foreign transaction fees, and other payment-related conditions shall be subject to the rules of the payment service provider or card issuer.

6. Use of payment services is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of each payment service provider.

 

Article 7: Prices and Taxes

1. Product prices and shipping fees are based on the information displayed on the Site.

2. Product prices, shipping fees, promotional offers, and other sales conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Unless otherwise expressly stated, product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, import consumption tax, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, or other related charges that may apply in the destination country/region.

4. Import taxes and related charges may be borne by the Customer in accordance with the laws and customs regulations of the destination country/region.

Article 8: Shipping

1. Products shall be shipped by the Company or a designated shipping carrier.

2. The shipping carrier, origin, shipping method, and logistics hub shall be selected by the Company based on the delivery destination, logistics conditions, and other circumstances.

3. Delivery or product arrival may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, logistics issues, customs procedures, regulatory changes, or other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Shippable countries/regions and shipping methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Article 9: Cancellations, Returns, and Warranty

1. Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty are governed by the "After-Service Policy".

2. In the case of returns or exchanges due to Customer circumstances, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, return processing fees, and other incurred costs may be borne by the Customer.

3. The Company may change the method of providing the Services based on order details, usage status, legal requirements, or other factors.

 

Article 10: Corporate Transactions

1. The Company may provide product sales or related services to corporate entities, organizations, sales partners, and other business customers.

2. In the event of a corporate transaction, wholesale, distribution agreement, OEM/ODM, or other individual contract, the terms of that contract shall take precedence over these Terms.

3. Corporate Customers warrant that the individual using the Services or entering into a contract has the proper authority to represent or act on behalf of the corporate entity.

 

Article 11: Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights in the text, images, videos, software, designs, layouts, logos, product names, trademarks, and other content on the Site (hereinafter "Content") belong to the Company or the rightful rights holders.

2. "WiseeLAB," the Company's logo, and other names, trademarks, and service marks used by the Company are trademarks or registered trademarks owned by the Company or its licensors.

3. Customers shall not reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly transmit, sell, lease, translate, modify, or otherwise use the Content beyond the scope permitted by law without the prior written consent of the Company or the rights holder.

 

Article 12: Prohibited Activities

When using the Services, Customers shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Violating laws or public order and morals.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, privacy, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties.
  • Registering or providing false or inaccurate information.
  • Unauthorized access, overloading the system, or transmitting or distributing viruses or other harmful programs.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Site or the Services.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scraping, or similar means to obtain, collect, or use large amounts of information or content from the Site.
  • Purchasing products for resale or other commercial purposes in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Company.
  • Any other activities that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate.

 

Article 13: Third-Party Services and Legal Compliance

1. The Services may utilize third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other purposes necessary for providing the Services.

2. Use of third-party services is subject to the terms of service, privacy policies, and other conditions established by each service provider.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Customers due to changes, interruptions, or termination of third-party services, except as otherwise provided by law.

4. Customers shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, and export control rules of their country/region regarding the import, export, re-export, transfer, use, or other handling of the Services and the Company's products.

5. The Company may be unable to provide all or part of the Services due to laws, export control regulations, economic sanctions, or other reasons.

 

Article 14: Personal Information

The Company shall properly collect, use, and manage Customers' personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".

 

Article 15: Disclaimer

1. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages, special damages, loss of profits, business losses, data loss, or similar damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services or products.

2. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, war, terrorism, infectious diseases, communication failures, logistics disruptions, customs delays, regulatory changes, or other events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

3. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Company's total liability to a Customer shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the product or service in question. This limitation does not apply in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

4. This Article does not limit any rights that Customers may have under mandatory consumer protection laws or other applicable regulations.

 

Article 16: Changes to These Terms

1. The Company may revise these Terms in response to changes in laws, changes in the Services, or other necessary circumstances.

2. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Site or on the effective date separately designated by the Company.

3. By continuing to use the Services after the revisions, Customers are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  UK
