Wisee Cockpit Monitor | Pre-purchase check
Yes, you can use it.
In addition to two external monitors (HDMI / Thunderbolt / DisplayPort connection), you can connect the Wisee Cockpit Monitor (4 screens), allowing for a total configuration of 6 screens.
The Wisee Cockpit Monitor functions as an extended display via USB connection, allowing you to add screen space in a way that is separate from the standard video output of the Mac mini itself.
However, the behavior may vary depending on the usage environment, OS version, and the configuration of the connected devices. If you have any concerns, please inquire in advance about the Mac model you plan to use and the monitor configuration you wish to connect.
*The Mac mini can be used after initial setup with your existing monitor.
Yes, it is possible. It has been tested on MacBook Air models M1 through M4.
With the following combinations, you can output to up to 6 screens simultaneously.
- MacBook Air main unit display
- One external monitor connected via HDMI port or adapter.
- Wisee Cockpit Monitor (4 screens)
If you are using macOS, you will need to install a dedicated driver and grant permission for screen recording.
Yes, it is possible.
Depending on the type of PC and the number of video output ports equipped on the main unit, simultaneous display of up to 5 to 6 screens is possible.
For laptops
- Built-in display + Wisee Cockpit Monitor (up to 4 screens) = up to 5 screens
- Built-in display + 1 external monitor + Wisee Cockpit Monitor (up to 4 screens) = up to 6 screens
For desktop PCs
- One external monitor + Wisee Cockpit Monitor (up to 4 screens) = up to 5 screens
- Two external monitors + Wisee Cockpit Monitor (up to 4 screens) = up to 6 screens
For optimal performance, we recommend installing the dedicated driver even on Windows.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor (4 screens) is a workspace built by combining multiple independent screens.
A typical 27-inch monitor is widely used as "a single large screen," but the Wisee Cockpit Monitor features a configuration that allows "four screens to be freely arranged," making it easy to separate and fix information on each screen.
Even if you are already using a 27-inch monitor, it can be used in conjunction. It is suitable for using the main work on the 27-inch side while displaying AI chat, documents, browser, task management, emails, and more on the Wisee Cockpit Monitor side.
We are currently developing a dedicated bag that can store both the monitor and the stand together. It is planned to be offered as an option once completed.
This product is designed to be used in combination with multiple monitors, hubs, and stands, so please be careful not to apply strong impacts or pressure to the monitor surface or magnetic connection points during transport.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor | Supported Environments and Connection Specifications
The Wisee Cockpit Monitor is an extended display system that uses USB connection and dedicated drivers, rather than a standard HDMI/DisplayPort direct connection monitor.
Therefore, it is not possible to directly connect the Wisee Cockpit Monitor main unit using HDMI cables, DisplayPort cables, or HDMI conversion adapters.
Please use the included USB cable and dedicated driver when using the device.
The Wisee Cockpit Monitor is a product designed to extend your PC's workspace.
The Nintendo Switch and other gaming consoles, video output devices, and simultaneous input from multiple devices are not supported.
It is suitable for connecting to one PC and displaying multiple screens for purposes such as documents, browsers, chats, and AI tools.
The Wisee Cockpit Monitor is designed with a dedicated stand and a magnetic hub structure in mind.
This product is not designed to be directly mounted to standard VESA-compatible monitor arms. Please use the included or dedicated stand configuration during installation.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor | Drivers & Initial Setup
Yes. To ensure stable operation, we recommend installing the dedicated driver.
If you are using macOS, in addition to installing the UsbDisplay driver, you need to grant permission for screen recording.
In Windows, it may be automatically recognized, but for stable display, please use the latest driver from the official website.
You can check the drivers here.
View driver page
On macOS, permission for "Screen Recording" is required on the system to display the screen as a USB-connected external display.
This is due to the security specifications of macOS and is a necessary setting to operate the Wisee Cockpit Monitor as a display device.
Screen data is not collected or transmitted to the driver.
If you do not grant permission for screen recording, the screen may not display correctly even if the driver is installed.
Please check the following.
- Are you using the latest drivers?
- Did you restart your PC after installation?
- For macOS, have you granted permission to record your screen?
- Check if the USB cable is properly connected to both the PC and the hub.
- In Windows, check if the additional screen is recognized in the display settings.
If the problem persists, please contact us with photos showing your PC model, OS version, and connection status.

- Wisee Cockpit Monitor displays at 60Hz on each screen. If you usually use an environment above 144Hz, you may notice a difference in experience.
- If you haven't restarted your Mac in a long time, please try a full restart.
- Using a high-DPI mouse may improve the feel of cursor movement.
- Please use the included USB-C cable.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor | Settings & Security Precautions
Please make sure to change, detach, adjust the orientation, and angle of the monitor, hub, and cable only when the power is turned OFF.
Changing connections while the power is on may lead to recognition errors or malfunctions due to static electricity or other factors.
With the power off, please slowly adjust the position.
When setting up, adjust the stand to a position where the center of gravity is stable, and make sure the monitor is securely fixed.
The monitor is connected by magnets, so when moving it at a large angle or changing its position, please adjust it slowly and steadily without forcing it.
If you experience symptoms such as wobbling, being easily detached, or weak fixation, please send us a photo or video that shows the installation condition.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor is gradually improving its specifications to enhance usability based on feedback from our customers. Therefore, some specifications may vary depending on the shipping date.
- In this lot, we have adopted a 90-degree shaped USB-C cable instead of the conventional "USB-C to C L-shaped adapter."
- External specifications, such as the presence or absence of a logo on the front of the monitor, may vary.
In any specification, there is no difference in the basic performance, functionality, and quality of the product. Additionally, all monitors within one set are unified with the same specifications.
Wisee Cockpit Monitor | Warranty, Returns, and Repairs
Wisee Cockpit Monitors typically come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Additionally, by contacting the official LINE account within 30 days of your purchase date, you can extend the warranty period by an additional 6 months, for a maximum extension of up to 18 months.
During the warranty period, if a defect occurs under correct usage conditions as per the instruction manual and no human-induced damage is confirmed, we will replace only the problematic unit free of charge after confirming the symptoms.
DetailsAfter-sales service terms and conditionsPlease check.
The Wisee Cockpit Monitor adopts a unit structure, allowing for continued use even after the warranty period by purchasing only the necessary units.
- It is easier to limit the scope of the failure to the affected unit only.
- A functioning unit can continue to be used.
- There is no need to remove the entire desk environment or installation structure.
- Even with a multi-screen setup, it's easy to minimize the impact on the workspace.
The replacement unit is provided with after-sales support individually. If you wish to make a purchase, please contact support.
Fast charger
To charge the device, both the USB charger and the device must support the same charging technology.
- Please check the maximum wattage your device supports.
- If the wattage is unknown, please check the manufacturer's specifications or official information.
- Choose a USB charger that can output the same or greater wattage than your device requires.
- Fast charging also requires the device to support the necessary standards.
It may be used for auxiliary charging or maintaining charge for lightweight laptops, but it is not recommended for full charging as the main power source.
The 25W output may not meet the power requirements of many laptops, resulting in very slow charging or the possibility of the battery continuing to drain during use. Please use the included or recommended high-output charger for charging your laptop.
The charger will generate some heat during use. It may get particularly hot during fast charging.
However, if it is too hot to touch, has an unusual smell, or emits smoke, please stop using it immediately and unplug it from the outlet.
The Lightning cable alone will supply power just by connecting the USB charger and cable, even if the device is not connected.
For USB chargers with multiple ports, we recommend unplugging any unused Lightning cables for stable output.
USB-C to C, USB-C to A, and Micro USB cables will not supply power unless the device side requires power.
Wireless charger
This feature is available for iPhone 12 and later models that have MagSafe functionality.
Please check the following.
- Are you using a USB charger that meets the required input wattage?
- Try changing the cable that connects to the main unit to see if that improves the situation.
- If the program has paused due to overheating, please let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before trying again.
- Is your smartphone a MagSafe-compatible model, or are you using a MagSafe-compatible case?
- Does the earphone case support Qi wireless charging?
- Restarting your Apple Watch might improve the situation.
- Please check if you have an iPhone 12 or later model.
- Please update your iOS to the latest version and restart your smartphone.
- If you are using a case that does not support MagSafe, please switch to a MagSafe-compatible case.
- Please try a different cable.
- Please use a USB charger that can output the necessary power.
- If you have a fever, please try again after 30 minutes or more have passed.
Wireless charging inherently generates some heat. This is a normal phenomenon.
However, using it in high-temperature environments or with thick cases or metal cases may promote heat generation. Please discontinue use if it becomes abnormally hot.
The inclusion of a power adapter and its output specifications vary depending on the product. Please check the individual product page for details.
If a charger is not included, please prepare a USB-C PD compatible charger that meets the required output for the product.
By attaching the included metal ring to your smartphone or case, it can be used with iPhone models that are not MagSafe compatible and Android devices.
This product is not an item that has obtained Apple's official MagSafe certification (Made for MagSafe).
However, with iPhones equipped with MagSafe functionality, alignment is achieved through magnets, allowing for wireless charging.
Vacuum suction cup charging stand
It adheres to smooth surfaces where air is unlikely to get trapped, such as glass, mirrors, tiles, metal, and glossy plastics.
This product cannot be used on rough or curved surfaces. For slightly uneven surfaces, please use the included suction cup support plate.
If it is a MagSafe compatible case, you can use it without any issues. For non-compatible cases, charging is possible if the thickness is 2.5mm or less, but the magnetic force will be weakened.
For stable use, we recommend attaching the included metal ring to the outside of the case.
Check to see if there is any dust or oil on the surface, and clean it before reattaching. Lightly rinse the suction cup part with water and let it dry, as this may restore its suction power.
The main unit can be installed either upside or downside. When charging, if the USB-C port is facing downwards, it reduces the likelihood of the cable getting in the way.
No. This product is not waterproof, so please do not charge it near water. In the bathroom, please limit its use to that of a smartphone stand only.
