Shipping Information
All areas within Japan ( *excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands ):
- If the order amount is less than 3,500 yen (including tax), a shipping fee of 500 yen (including tax) will be required.
- If the order amount is 3,500 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free.
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands :
- If the order amount is less than 10,000 yen (including tax), a shipping fee of 1,500 yen (including tax) will be required.
- If the order amount is 10,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping is free.
About Delivery Service Providers
Delivery service providers include Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post, etc. (the optimal provider will be selected based on region and situation)
*Delivery is limited to within Japan. We do not accept the use of international forwarding services, so cancellations will be processed.
About Shipping Timing
For standard delivery, items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed.
During busy periods (such as year-end and New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.) or during sales and new product launches, it may take more than 10 business days.
If there is prior notice of shipping delays, it may take longer than usual.
*If an item is sold out due to an error, we may cancel your order.
About Date and Time Designation for Delivery
Currently, our store cannot specify delivery dates and time slots, so please place your order with ample time for the delivery schedule.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, a notice of absence will be left by the delivery service provider.
*We apologize, but please ensure that you can receive your ordered items within the delivery service provider's storage period.
About Changing Delivery Address After Order Completion
Changes to the delivery address after order completion cannot be accepted due to system specifications. If you request a change to the delivery service provider, additional forwarding fees may apply, which we cannot cover.
About Wrapping Service
We sincerely apologize, but our store does not offer gift wrapping services. Thank you for your understanding.
